Shipping
We ship across South Africa using trusted courier partners such as Pudo and The Courier Guy. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days.

For international orders, shipping timelines vary and customs charges may apply. Please send a request to get a shipping quote for countries outside South Africa.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and package size.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at orders@ancientbiblicaloils.com to initiate a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued once the returned items are inspected and approved.
